HOW TO WIN
To receive an entry in the monthly drawing, simply submit an EZmoney* deposit. Everyday you make an EZmoney deposit you automatically will earn another entry for that month's drawing. The maximum number of entries you can earn each day is one. The five monthly prize winners will be chosen at random on the fifth business day of the following month. Only one winner per household per month is allowed.

COST OF ENTRY/ELIGIBILITY
There is no cost to enter the contest. TwinSpires.com's EZmoney Deposit Sweepstakes is open to active TwinSpires.com customers with open TwinSpires.com accounts and EZmoney deposit privileges. If you have not set up EZmoney as a funding option visit the EZmoney home page (http://www.twinspires.com/content/account/deposit) to activate your account. There is no cost to activate EZmoney and you are under no obligation to use EZmoney for deposits or withdrawals.
Those residing in jurisdictions where applicable law prohibits participation in this contest are not eligible to enter this contest. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of TwinSpires.com, Churchill Downs' properties, Bloodstock Research Information Services (BRIS) and their respective subsidiaries, contractors, directors, advertising agencies, and their respective immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
CONTEST REGISTRATION
All TwinSpires.com members with valid TwinSpires.com accounts and EZmoney deposit privileges are automatically registered for the EZmoney Deposit Sweepstakes. Any contestant who submits EZmoney deposits through multiple TwinSpires accounts will be declared ineligible. To participate in the EZmoney monthly raffle drawing you must make an EZmoney deposit during the corresponding month of the drawing. A new monthly drawing will start the first day of the month at 12:01 A.M. ET and the monthly drawing will conclude the last day of month at 11:59 P.M. ET.
HOW TO ENTER
This is an Internet based game; entries will only be accepted online at http://www.twinspires.com. Only EZmoney deposits that are completed will be deemed a valid entry for the raffle. EZmoney deposits made from multiple accounts by the same person, as determined solely by TwinSpires, are cause for disqualification of all involved entries. TwinSpires reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any player, who is not in full compliance with all EZmoney Deposit Sweepstakes rules.
A player's first name, last initial, and hometown may be listed on the EZmoney Deposit Sweepstakes website.
PARTICIPATION
Participation in the contest constitutes an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Rules.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
PRIZE DETAILS
The five Monthly Winners will be chosen at random out of all the entries in the EZmoney Deposit Sweepstakes that month. Each winner will be credited with a $50 wager voucher to their TwinSpires.com accounts.
The prizes are not transferable and no substitution is permitted. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND expressed or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES
On the fifth business day of each month (around noon) a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries by TwinSpires.com, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this contest. One winner per household per month is allowed. Only open TwinSpires accounts with valid EZmoney deposit privileges on the day of the random drawing are eligible to receive a prize. Each winner will be notified by email. (Please insure your email address is entered correctly.) Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to use of his/her name and/or photograph without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by TwinSpires.com. By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules.

TwinSpires shall not be liable for any EZmoney deposits that are not completed.

INTERNET/TECHNOLOGY PROBLEMS
If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of TwinSpires, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, TWINSPIRES reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who violates these Contest Rules or the associated rules sets referenced. NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by e-mail and may be required to provide a federal or state proof of identification (eg. drivers license), and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules, and a publicity/liability release (unless prohibited by law) within ten (10) days following attempted notification. All information submitted by the winner during the registration process (first name, last name, home address, birth date, etc) must match their federal or state proof of identification in order to be eligible for a prize. By accepting a prize, the winner grants permission to TWINSPIRES to use their name and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and agree to execute a written consent.
