Three TwinSpires Qualifiers Finish in Top 15 at DRF/NHC
Congratulations to Brian Troop of Barrie, Ontario who set the pace on Day 1 of the Daily Racing Form/NTRA National Handicapping Championship and held on in Day 2 to claim the NTRA Handicapper of the Year title at the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas. Troop has been a member of Brisnet.com handicapping data services since 2008.
Congratulations also go out to Robert Gregory, Judy Raydo and Sam Decicco who all finished in the Top 15, and all qualified through TwinSpires' 25-Seat Guarantee tournament. Robert Gregory finished 16th in the TwinSpires event, only to be moved up to claim the 15th and final NHC spot thanks to one of the players ahead of him having already qualified to the Vegas tournament. Gregory parlayed that fortune into a $150,000 payday at the NHC!
