HOW TO PLAY

1) Bet at least $10 to win on four consecutive prep races on the official "Streak Schedule"

2) Hit four consecutive prep race winners (min $10 to win) to complete your "Streak". Each "Streak" earns you a share of $25,000. Better yet, complete a couple of Streaks and earn multiple shares.

3) Check the "Streak Homepage" to see how many shares are outstanding and the current share value.

SUMMARY

TwinSpires.com players will be able to earn shares in a $25,000 prize pool in the 2010 "Streak to the Derby" contest. The contest begins February 20th and runs through the 136th Kentucky Derby, Saturday May 1^st.

PRIZES

There is a $25,000 total prize pool. Each "Streak" will earn one share in that prize pool. At the completion of the contest, the prize pool ($25,000) will be divided by how many total shares were earned over the course of the contest period. This will establish the share value. Each player who has earned a share or multiple shares will have their share winnings automatically deposited into their TwinSpires wagering account. All players are subject to applicable taxes.

Every time a player wins three consecutive races on their way to a "Streak" they will earn an entry into a drawing for two tickets to the 2011 Kentucky Derby.

If there is a tie in any position on the "Streakerboard", the order of finish will be determined by the Player who has had "the most recent completed Streak". For example: If there is a tie for first on the "Streakerboard" with 10 streaks, the player who was able to complete the most recent "Streak" - beginning with the "Streak" ending with Kenctucky Derby 136 will win. The tiebreaker will continue moving backwards from Kentucky Derby 136 to determine the tiebreak winner based on "the most recent Streak completion".

HOW TO PLAY

The contest is made up of 18 consecutive Kentucky Derby prep races beginning, Feb 20th, 2010 and concludes with the Kentucky Derby Saturday, May 1st. Players earn one share in the $25,000 prize pool every time they complete a "Streak". To earn a "Streak" players are required to place four consecutive winning $10 (at least) wagers on the races in our "Streak Schedule" using their TwinSpires wagering account. Players may begin a new "Streak" at any time. The most "Streaks" one player can earn throughout the course of the contest is 16. Players will earn a bonus share for completing the "Streak" that ends in the Kentucky Derby a total of two for that "Streak". The most shares that one player can earn is 17.

Each time a player hits a three races in a row on the way to their "Streak" they will be entered to win two tickets to next year’s Kentucky Derby.

TwinSpires will list the number of shares earned and current share value after each prep weekend.

TOP THE STREAKERBOARD

TwinSpires will maintain a "Streak Scoreboard" called the "Streakerboard" to keep track of the total number of "Streaks" per player and award the players who accumulate the most "Streaks". The player with the most "Streaks" will win the "Streakerboard" and win two tickets to next year’s Kentucky Derby.

**Please note that the order of races for this contest is official as listed above. Every effort has been made using previous year’s information to ensure the most accurate listing of the order of races. The official list and order for purposes of this contest is as listed above.

***SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SOUTHWEST STAKES: Since the original date of the Southwest Stakes was Feb. 15th, the re-scheduled Southwest Stakes for Feb 20th WILL NOT BE A PART OF THE STREAK TO THE DERBY race list.

STREAKERBOARD PRIZES

The Player with the most "Streaks" at the completion of the contest will win two tickets to the 2011 Kentucky Derby.

2nd – 10th Places on the "Streakerboard" will receive an Official Kentucky Derby Polo Shirt

11th – 25th Places on the "Streakerboard" will received an Official Kentucky Derby Hat

In the event there are multiple 17 Streak winners, the following tie breaker will be used to award the pair of Kentucky Derby tickets:

Each "17 Streak Winner" will be asked to make $100 in mythical Preakness Stakes wagers. Each "17 Streak Winner" will need to email player.services@twinspires.com with their mythical $100 Preakness Stakes wager(s) prior to post time of the Preakness Stakes on May 15th, 2010.

ELIGIBILITY

The TwinSpires Streak to the Derby (the "Contest") is open to TwinSpires.com registered players only; legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years or older. The following states have higher age requirements: Alabama (min. age 19), Iowa (min. age 21), New Hampshire (min. age 21), Washington (min. age 21). TwinSpires.com is a free service; sign-up opportunities exist via www.twinspires.com or by calling 877-SPIRES-1. Employees of Churchill Downs Incorporated and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, their contractors, their advertising agencies and racing officials and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

By entering, all participants and/or entrants release Churchill Downs Technology Initiatives Company and its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in this Promotion and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Promotion. This promotion is governed by U.S. law and is void where prohibited by law.

METHOD OF ENTRY

The contest is open to all TwinSpires.com customers who have a valid, open TwinSpires.com wagering account. Players with valid TwinSpires.com wagering accounts may automatically enter the contest at any time by making winning $10 (at least) wagers on four consecutive Kentucky Derby Prep races as outlined on the official contest prep race schedule. Players can earn multiple shares if they complete more than one "Streak". A "Streak" is defined by the set of four straight $10 (min) winning wagers on races as defined by the official schedule for the contest. Players at Arlington Park, Fair Grounds Race Course and their OTBs are eligible for this contest and can enter by using their TwinSpires account wagering accounts at their respective facilities.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

The No Purchase Necessary portion of the "Streak to the Derby" Contest is for the Kentucky Derby ticket drawing only. TwinSpires.com Players will automatically be entered into a contest drawing for Kentucky Derby 137 tickets by either a) earning three "Streaks" as outlined in rules above or b) by mailing in an official entry as a part of the No Purchase Necessary option.

"No Purchase Necessary" entries must be received no later than 5pm, May 3rd, 2010 to be included in the drawing. All entrants must be registered TwinSpires.com Players. The drawing will occur on the Thursday, May 6th, 2010. Drawing will be conducted at TwinSpires Players Services in Lexington, Kentucky. The winner's name will be posted on the TwinSpires website: www.twinspires.com. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or U.S. mail and/or email.

CONDUCT

Churchill Downs Incorporated and TwinSpires.com each reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process, violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Without limiting the foregoing, Churchill Downs Incorporated and TwinSpires.com may, in its sole discretion, prevent an entrant who has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility, or is otherwise ineligible to receive a prize, from continuing to participate in the Contest.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

TwinSpires' decisions with respect to the potential winner and any other matters pertaining to the Promotion shall be final. The potential Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If TwinSpires is unable to contact the potential winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a potential winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible contest entries.

All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with a prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are winner's responsibility. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged.

INTERNET/TECHNOLOGY PROBLEMS

If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of TwinSpires, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, TwinSpires and its affiliates/agents reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select winners in a manner, which in the sole judgment of TwinSpires, is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. TwinSpires and its affiliates/agents reserve the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Contest Rules or the associated rules sets referenced. Herein, if anyone tampers with the entry process or engages in any conduct detrimental to TwinSpires, the Contest or any other player (in each case as determined at TwinSpires's sole discretion), to lock out any individual whose eligibility is in question, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest at any time. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. None of the Released Parties are in any way responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by TwinSpires on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any associated Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials in this Contest.

NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and a publicity/liability release (unless prohibited by law) within ten (10) days following attempted notification. Any prize returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute about the identity of any player, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the TwinSpires account submitted at time of entry. A potential winner will be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the TwinSpires account associated with the winning entry.

RULES AND WINNER'S LIST

This contest is subject to these Contest Rules and any other rules set expressly referenced herein. Game players agree to abide by the terms of these Contest Rules and by the decisions of TwinSpires, which are final on all matters pertaining to this contest.

TwinSpires reserves the right to change these Contest Rules at any time, in its sole discretion. Contest rules may be obtained on the TwinSpires website.

A winners' list will be posted on the TwinSpires website no later than one week after the contest and may also be obtained by sending a SASE to the address below.
