Ed will serve as “Captain” of the Players’ Pool for all major events including Breeders’ Cup, Kentucky Derby, Belmont Stakes and any other major multi-day carryover pools.
Michael Beychok - Michael is a lifelong horse racing enthusiast who reached the pinnacle of the sport as a horseplayer when winning the 2011 National Handicapping Championship in Las Vegas after qualifying on TwinSpires.com. His prizes included $1-million and an Eclipse Award. He is a horse owner and breeder who works in the direct mail business.
Patrick McGoey - Patrick McGoey has won the Breeders' Cup Betting Challenge in consecutive years and was on the December 8, 2012 Players' Pool team that scooped the Pick 6 at Aqueduct. The New Orleans attorney successfully tabbed Orb as this year's Kentucky Derby winner.
