How to Participate:

1. TwinSpires.com Players will automatically be entered into the contest drawing by
a) Wagering $50 or more, cumulatively, on Belmont Stakes day, June 9, 2012 through their TwinSpires.com account (internet, telephone, voice, mobile). Wagers may also be placed by phone by calling 877-SPIRES-1. Players who meet the wagering requirement (as stated above) will have their names entered one time into a random drawing to win one of 1,000 authentic $2 pari-mutuel Win tickets on I’ll Have Another in the 2012 Belmont Stakes, purchased at Belmont Park. Qualifying wagers may be placed on any racetrack available for wagering on June 9, 2012.

b) Mailing in a No Purchase Necessary Entry Form

2. "No Purchase Necessary" entries must be received no later than 5pm, Pacific Time, on Saturday, June 9th, 2012 to be included in the "Promotion" draw. All entrants must be registered TwinSpires.com Players. The drawing will occur on Monday, June 11th, 2012. Drawing will be conducted at the TwinSpires.com offices in Mountain View, California. The winners names will be posted on the TwinSpires website: wwww.twinspires.com. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or U.S. Mail. In the event I’ll Have Another wins the Belmont Stakes and you are identified as an official winner, please allow at least 45 days to receive your prize.

Eligibility:

By entering, all participants and/or entrants release Churchill Downs Technology Initiatives Company and its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in this Promotion and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Promotion. This promotion is governed by U.S. law and is void where prohibited by law.

No purchase necessary. There is no charge to sign up for a TwinSpires.com account. A person wishing to enter without wagering may fill out and sign a completed "No Purchase Necessary" entry by filling out a 4×6 index card with full name, address, e-mail address and daytime phone number to:

Conditions:

In the event the horse, I’ll Have Another, does not win the Belmont Stakes, the prize drawing will be canceled and no prizes will be awarded. TwinSpires.com Players who do not wish to participate in the Contest should notify TwinSpires Player Services in writing.

Prizes:

In the event the horse, I’ll Have Another, wins the 2012 Belmont Stakes, 1,000 randomly selected winners will receive an authentic $2 pari-mutuel Win ticket on I’ll Have Another in the 2012 Belmont Stakes, purchased at Belmont Park. Actual cash value will be determined by the official results of the 2012 Belmont Stakes. In the event the horse, I’ll Have Another, does not win the Belmont Stakes, the drawing will be canceled and no prizes will be awarded. In the event I’ll Have Another wins the Belmont Stakes and you are identified as an official winner, please allow at least 45 days to receive your prize.

General Conditions:

TwinSpires’ decisions with respect to the potential winner and any other matters pertaining to the Promotion shall be final. The potential Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If TwinSpires is unable to contact the potential winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a potential winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Prize Conditions:

All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with a prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are winner’s responsibility. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged. In the event I’ll Have Another wins the Belmont Stakes and you are identified as an official winner, please allow at least 45 days to receive your prize.
