Trainer Reed wins with 19% of his runners that have not raced for 46-90 days and will saddle #3 Whatarocket (6-1), who will try turf for the first time and who was last seen finishing a distant fourth on the main track here in early June. Filly should take to grass being by Goldencents and Reed has won with 15% of his runners this year. Chestnut can be on or near the lead from the start with Leon remaining aboard.
#5 Day Trip (9-2) was involved from the start when a close second over the course and distance last month in his first start for trainer Calhoun and first outing since February.
