Kentucky Derby Day Carryover Players' Pool

The Kentucky Derby has come and gone and with it the Derby Players Pool.

Congratulations to all participants. The 2010 Kentucky Derby Players' Pool purchased a total of $100,120 in tickets and had a total pre-tax return of $109,547.20 (net return after witholding taxes was $83,099.40). The Players' Pool hit a "chalky" Fortune-6 at Beulah Park (paid $3,750.40) and came within a 1/2 length of hitting all six (6) winners at Churchill Downs. However, with no six-of-six winning tickets, our two (2) five-of-six tickets paid handsomely ($52,898.40 each). Winning returns have been applied to participant accounts.
