DATES OF PROMOTION: The TwinSpires Monthly Sweepstakes (the "Contest") starts at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on April 1, 2018, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on May 6, 2018 (the "Entry Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older, physically residing in the following US states: AL,CO,CA,CT,DE,FL,ID,IL,IN,IA,KY,KS,MD, MA,MI,MN,MT,NH,NM,NY,ND,OH,OR,OK,PA,RI,SD, TN,VT,VA,WA,WI,WV,WY,LA,NE.

Winning a Prize, as defined below, is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. All winnings will be deposited directly into the winners TwinSpires.com account. All winners will be awarded the cash value of the prize shown. Retail value of 32G iPad deemed to be $329.00 USD. Redeeming a PRIZE contingent upon successful registration of a TwinSpires.com account. Prizes not claimed within 7 (seven) days will be forfeited. Void where prohibited. All management decisions are final.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit https://www.twinspires.com/weekly-cash-prizes-ip, https://www.twinspires.com/weekly-cash-prizes-xp, https://www.twinspires.com/weekly-cash-prizes-hp, or https://www.twinspires.com/weekly-cash-prizes-op during the Entry Period. Fill out the Entry Form by providing your first name, last name, phone number, and e-mail address. Once all necessary fields are completely filled out, submit your Entry Form by clicking the "Enter Contest" button. A confirmation message will be displayed to confirm that your Contest Entry Form was successfully sent. Each entrant who fully completes the Entry Form will receive one (1) Entry into the Contest. Entrants must complete the entire Entry Form in order to successfully enter into the Contest. If the Entry Form is aborted before it is complete, the entrant will not be deemed to have made a qualifying Entry. Incomplete Entries and Entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Upon completing your entry form, you will be opted-in to receive email communication from TwinSpires.
