- Your full name.
- TwinSpires account number.
- Date for which you are entering the drawing, Nov. 28, 29, 30 or Dec. 1.
Players who wish to enter the drawing on multiple days must send a separate post card for each day.
Entries must be postmarked by the stated date of entry and received by Monday, December 2 to be included in the drawing. A maximum of four (4) qualified entries are allowed per player, regardless of method of entry.
