How to Participate:
TwinSpires.com Players will automatically be entered into a contest drawing by wagering $100 or more June 14th, 2008 through TwinSpires.com (internet, telephone, voice, mobile). Wagers may also be made by phone by calling 877-SPIRES-1. Players who wager $100 or more on June 14th , 2008 through TwinSpires.com ("Promotion Day") will have their names entered one time into a random drawing to win Free Wagers foir a Week. "No Purchase Necessary" entries must be received no later than 5pm, June 17th, 2008 and will be included in the "Promotion" draw. All entrants must be registered TwinSpires.com Players. The drawing will occur on the Wednesday after Promotion Day. Drawing will be conducted at TwinSpires.com California headquarters. Prizes:
One randomly selected winner will receive $25 worth of wagers every day for one straight week beginning Monday, June 23rd 2008 through Sunday, June 29th, 2008. All Players who meet the qualifying requirement will receive 1,000 Twin Spires Bonus Points. Winning Player will need to wager all $25 each day or lose that days' award. Money from the original $25 will not carryover day-to-day.

Conduct:
Churchill Downs Incorporated and TwinSpires.com each reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process, violates these official rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Without limiting the foregoing, Churchill Downs Incorporated and TwinSpires.com may, in its sole discretion, prevent an entrant who has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility, or is otherwise ineligible to receive a prize, from continuing to participate in the Contest.

General Conditions:
TwinSpires' decisions with respect to the potential winner and any other matters pertaining to the Promotion shall be final. The potential Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification. If TwinSpires is unable to contact the potential winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt to contact, if a potential winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a potential winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner shall be selected. By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
