Draw Rules and Regulations
Metro Pace $5,000 Free Roll Contest
Saturday, September 3rd, 2011

1. Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the draw and may be required to provide proof of age
and residency. Entry must be made on-site on Saturday, September 3, 2011, only. No purchase necessary. Open to
residents of Ontario only.
Entry and all aspects of the draw are subject to federal, provincial and local regulations. Employees of Woodbine
Entertainment Group and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter the draw.

2. Entry

To enter, eligible participants must visit the Registration Centre at Mohawk Racetrack on Saturday, September 3,
2011. After registering at a touch-screen kiosk customers will receive one ballot. Ballot will be printed at the kiosk
and must then be presented to Event staff to deposit into the draw ballot drum. Entries must be made prior to the
deadline of Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 8:30 p.m. (EST).

3. The Draw
The draw will take place on-site at Mohawk Racetrack, in the Winner's Circle on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at or
around 8:30 p.m. (EST). Winner will be announced on-site, through race announcements, on the in-field board and
over the broadcast. Winner will have 10 minutes to claim their prize or their name will be withdrawn and a new
winner will be selected. This process will continue until 10 winners are selected. If 10 winners cannot be contacted
prior to Post Time for the Metro Pace, their prize will be forfeited. The prizes will be awarded in order of draw. See
section 4 - Prizing for more details.

To claim the prize and be named the winner, the draw winner must, within 10 minutes, report to Mohawk Racetrack
contest registration area to present identification and sign a standard declaration and release form confirming that
he/she has complied with these rules, grants all consents required as contemplated in these rules, is eligible for and
accepts the prize as offered, and releases Woodbine Entertainment Group and its respective affiliates and each of the
directors, officers and employees thereof from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the winner's
participation in this draw and receipt and use of the prize.

Completed ballots become the property of Woodbine Entertainment Group and will not be returned. Ballots will be
destroyed once the draw has concluded.

4. Prizing

The prize is 1 of 10 $500 WIN bets for the Metro Pace. The first name selected will have a $500 win bet placed on
the Post 1 horse for the race, the second name selected will have a $500 win bet placed on the Post 2 horse in the
Metro Pace, and so on until all 10 win bets have awarded and placed on their corresponding horse. If a selected
customer fails to report within 10 minutes of being announced, the newly drawn customer will be assigned their
WIN bet. The customer whose horse wins the Metro Pace will be presented with a cash card that has the $500 Win
bet placed on it. The card and its cash balance will become their property.
The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Liability

Woodbine Entertainment Group and its affiliates extend absolutely no representations or warranties in respect of the
prize and accept no liability arising in respect of the prize.
Woodbine Entertainment Group reserves the right to terminate, alter or withdraw this draw at any time without prior
notice.
By entering the draw, entrants waive all recourse against Woodbine Entertainment Group and its respective affiliates
and each of the directors, officers and employees, relating to entrant's participation in the draw, and in the case of
the winner, acceptance or use of the prize, including if the prize (or a component thereof) does not prove
satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

6. Release of Information

The submission of any entry through touch-screen kiosks signifies the entrant's acceptance of all rules and
conditions stated herein.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo, image and city of residence in relation
to any promotion relating to the draw without compensation or further notification. Any personal information
collected about entrants is used solely for the purposes of administering the draw. The Woodbine Entertainment
