Q: How do I know if I am due an account adjustment?
A: TwinSpires.com players can find the amount of the account adjustment by logging into TwinSpires.com and selecting the "Manage My Account" section. From the "Manage My Account" section, players can run a detailed account history report for Monday, June 4th that will show the "positive adjustment" if one was due.

Q: During what time frame was the takeout rate incorrect?
A: NYRA operated with an incorrect takeout rate beginning with September 15, 2010 and concluding with December 18, 2011.

Q: What wagering pools were impacted by the incorrect takeout rate?
A: The wagering pools impacted were the Trifecta, Superfecta, Pick 3, Pick 4 and Grand Slam. Special note: The Pick 6 takeout was not impacted by an incorrect takeout rate.

Q: What NYRA tracks were impacted by the incorrect takeout rate?
A: Aqueduct, Belmont and Saratoga

Q: Why is TwinSpires.com addressing this now?
A: TwinSpires.com has been actively investigating the issue and waiting for guidance from NYRA and United Tote in order to be able to recalculate and reprice the wagers in question before we could accurately determine the amount of adjustment each player is due. We now have this information and are able to provide these adjustments.
