- BETAMERICAN PHAROAH: Only refund is $10 per person, refunds made within 48 hours. Bets under $10 or over $10 do not qualify.
- 3 LENGTHS, TRIPLE WINNINGS: Maximum bonus is based on a $10 win bet; you can place a larger bet but only the winnings from $10 will be tripled. Bonus added within 48 hours of the Belmont Stakes.
- Only bets placed during the applicable Happy Hour times qualify for each promo.
- For Players to qualify for both Happy Hours, you must place separate bets during each Happy Hour.
- Bets must be placed as WIN only, do not place bets as win/place, win/show or win/place/show as these will not qualify.
