Terms & Conditions
- BET NYQUIST: Only refund is $10 per person, refunds made the following Monday. Bets under $10 or over $10 do not qualify.
- TRIPLE WINNINGS: Maximum bonus is based on a $10 win bet; you can place a larger bet but only the winnings from $10 will be tripled. Bonus added within 48 hours of the Belmont Stakes.
- Only bets placed during the applicable Happy Hour times qualify for each promo.
- Players can qualify for both Happy Hours, you must place separate bets during each Happy Hour.
- Bets must be placed as WIN only, do not place bets as win/place, win/show or win/place/show as these will not qualify. Nyquist must be the only selection on either ticket to qualify.
- To qualify for a refund or bonus you must have made a successful deposit into your BetAmerica account in the last 90 days.
- All BetAmerica promotions are offered to genuine customers and are strictly restricted to one promotion per residential address and/or IP address. We reserve the right not to pay bonuses and/or refunds to accounts we believe are abusing promotions.
