Interjecting this blog with a strong opinion at Kentucky Downs

The Thursday, September 10, card at Kentucky Downs is what everyone expects from racing at the European-style course: full, competitive fields with angles offering potential value in every race.

Those angles paid off on opening day (Saturday, September 5) with top-ranked Prime Power, the best last-out Brisnet.com Speed Rating, and Florent Geroux all performing well throughout the card. We'll run those angles back today for sure with race 5 being the major focus as #5 Interject is the top-ranking starter in both the aforementioned categories and has the services of Florent Geroux.

Indeed, Interject is the lone single "A" on the ten-race card, but it won't be a "if he loses I lose" day because there are plenty of other high prices who fit one of the angles and $.50 rolling Pick 3s give us plenty of coverage and we only need to be right a few times (in a row!) to make a decent score.
