Kentucky Oaks winner Lovely Maria returns in the Delaware Oaks on Saturday at Delaware Park, and while the ultimate goals for the two-time Grade 1 winner remain the Alabama Stakes and Breeders' Cup Distaff, a win here could go a long way in keeping her in the conversation as one of the top three-year-old fillies--a conversation dominated by Lady Eli following her Belmont Oaks victory last week.
