SOUTHLAND Preview - Friday Evening, October 28

October 28th, 2016

This week at Southland I'm taking a look at greyhounds who have at least a two race winning streak going, as some of you may remember I did a short study like this last year and the results turned out to be quite interesting. On Friday evening's program there are three such greyhounds running that fit this criteria and who are looking to keep their winning streaks going and I've listed them below. Good luck to everyone with your wagering opportunities and remember that BetAmerica is always available should you have any questions. Thanks for reading.
Race 10 - 583 yards - Grade AA - FIESTA PARAGUAS (1 box) - Going for his 3rd straight win and 5th win in his last 6 races, this hard running greyhound with tons of early speed looks very capable of getting the job done here since he should outbreak both the 2 and 3. His toughest competition in this field should be Rubberband Man (6 box), Keeper Ratchet (7 box) and Fly Secretariat (8 b0x).

Race 17 - 660 yards - Grade AA - LK'S PICKETWIRE (1 box) - He's run extremely well in these last two wins and against some tough competition so expect another big effort in this race. That being said, Barts Pocketaces (4) has 5 quiniela finishes in his last 5 outings including 3 wins and 2 second place finishes and Braska Dale (5 box) will be closing hard in the stretch. Also I would keep an eye on Amf Virginian (2 box) who is posted well for his rail running style.

Race 18 - 820 yards - Grade TAA - FIESTA TRAVEL (8 box) - She's been on fire lately and is going for her 4th straight win and 5th in her last six races. These super marathon contests are always very entertaining and exciting and she's showing 6 straight races where she's been no worse then 3rd over this course. While the field is an extremely competitive one with Flying Scoobydoo (3 box who has run second to Fiesta Travel 3 straight times), Pj Fully Loaded (5 box and recent super marathon stakes winner) and Dnt Oh Maggie (6 box) all capable I won't be surprised to see Fiesta Travel continue her winning streak here.
