SOUTHLAND Preview - Saturday Evening, November 12
On Saturday evening at Southland I will be checking out several interesting races as there are some double drop greyhounds trying to work their way back up in class. It's a solid card overall but these four races listed below are the ones that got my attention. Always remember that BetAmerica is available should you have any questions or need wagering information. Good luck to all and thanks for reading. Best of luck as always with your wagering opportunities.

Race 2 - 703 yards - Grade C - BIGSHOT MADDY (box 2 ) - A month ago she was running in one of the Festival Of Stakes division finals and now she finds herself back in C grade. This hard running young greyhound has shown a ton of talent and I am hoping to see her run a big race here.
Race 7 - 660 yards - Grade C - KR ALL AMPED UP ( box 3) - Here is another double drop in class who I think still has quite a few good races to run. She won a B grade race two months ago but since then hasn't been running up to par. She does show a good schooling line and that's what I think we may see here, a big effort and a solid money finish.
Race 9 - 583 yards - Grade C - WW'S HYSTERIA (5 box) - She's a recent transfer from the Wheeling track where she was running Grade A but has encountered trouble in 4 of her 6 races here at Southland. A very capable greyhound who shows 24 top four finishes at her old track out of 40 starts, I think she is well on her way to getting accustomed to her new track despite the trouble so far and I look for a solid effort in this contest.
Race 11 - 660 yards - Grade TAA - PJ CASHURTICKET (8 box) - One of the up and coming greyhounds at Southland, this young runner has shown to be most consistent with 13 top four finishes in 13 official starts including 4 wins. His first race in Grade A showed his potential as despite having trouble and being bumped, he was able to come away with a positive 4th place effort. He is certainly one to keep an eye on in the future.
