SOUTHLAND Preview - Sunday, December 11
Sunday's afternoon card of 18 exciting and entertaining races at Southland is highlighted by a couple of races where a greyhound has been winning consistently over the past few weeks as well as a race where an impressive looking young greyhound has gotten off to a very good start in his short career. I've listed these runners below that I will be checking out as they try and keep their hot streaks going. Thanks for reading and good luck with your wagering opportunities.
Race 1 - 583 yards - Grade AA - Here we have CHUMBRAGO (7 box) looking for his 4th win in 5 races and 2nd in a row. His post position sets him up for a solid run here with his mid-track running style.
Race 9 - 583 yards - Grade AA - For the second time in the past five days we have BOC'S RING EM UP

Race 14 - 583 yards - Grade C - In this race we have PJ MONIX (8 box) which was one of my Five Up & Coming Greyhounds to watch for December. He is going after his 3rd win in his very young career of 4 races and has finished no worse then third in any of his starts so far. A rail runner with a big rush and a strong move late bodes well for him in the future.
I am also interested in seeing how DUTCH BOGIE (6 box) does in the 17th race. He has been the betting favorite in his last 4 races and has run 2nd in each one of them. He is overdue for a win and I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see him get it here. Likes it wide and will be closing fast once again so be sure to keep an eye on him.
