SOUTHLAND Preview - Sunday, December 4

Sunday's lineup of 18 races at Southland is highlighted by several greyhounds that have shown solid consistency over the past few weeks. I've listed four of these talented runners below and how their recent races reflect that. There are some greyhounds that will consistently run in the top three and top four but to watch those who can put together a string of wins is really a sight to see. Race 7 - 703 yards - Grade TAA - KL'S FARLEY - (2 box)  What an incredibly talented runner we have here, he's only had 11 races in his career but has quickly and impressively gotten 6 wins among his 9 top four finishes. First time in Grade A, he wins, then follows that up in his first Grade AA contest with a win as well. In his six races over the long distance course, he has 5 wins and a second place effort. In this race he is going for 5 wins in a row and 6 out of his last seven. The future is extremely bright for this outstanding young greyhound.

Race 8 - 583 yards - Grade AA - Here you have BOC'S DOUBLESHOT (6 box) & SOVEREIGN ISLAND (8 box) - both going for their 4th win in their last 5 races.

Race 10 - 660 yards - Grade AA - MONKER (3 box) - She also has been on a really hot streak lately and will be trying to win for the 5th time in her last 6 races.
