Brown trainees ready for possible runs in Belmont Stakes Racing Festival

Trainer Chad Brown has a number of runners under consideration for the three-day Belmont Stakes Racing Festival, featuring 19 stakes races worth more than $10 million in purses.
"We have a good group of horses and I'm happy with the way each of them is training," Brown said. "There's a lot of purses that week. You're going to have to earn it, and I'm sure every race will be a difficult, but we're lucky to have some horses that fit."
Brown commented on multiple Grade/Group 1-winning multi-millionaire Flintshire and his prospects of making a start this meet. The Dansili six-year-old, unraced since finishing second in the December 13 Hong Kong Vase (HK-G1), worked on the firm inner turf Saturday morning at Belmont, completing five furlongs in 1:03.86,
"He breezed very well," Brown said. "We're still trying to figure out where to get him started. Not out of the question he makes a start this meet but we'll see how he comes out of this work and go from there."
$1 million Manhattan (G1) – Wake Forest and Money Multiplier
The respective first- and second-place finishers last out in the May 14 Man o’ War (G1) at Belmont, the pair worked on Saturday. Wake Forest went four furlongs in :51.40 over Belmont’s inner turf and Money Multiplier clocked a half-mile in a bullet :47 on the fast main track.
$700,000 Just a Game (G1) – Mrs McDougal and Rainha Da Bateria
Mrs McDougal captured the Lake George (G2) at Saratoga last year and most recently opened her four-year-old season with a win in the Plenty of Grace S. at Aqueduct on April 16. The Medaglia d’Oro filly worked four furlongs on Saturday over Belmont’s main track in :48.
Grade 3 winner Rainha Da Bateria, second in the Churchill Distaff Turf Mile (G2) last out on Kentucky Derby Day, covered four furlongs in :48.80 over the fast dirt training track at Saratoga Saturday.
$500,000 New York H. (G2) – Sea Calisi, Olorda and Dacita
French Group 2 winner Sea Calisi made a successful U.S. debut for Brown when taking the Sheepshead Bay (G2) on May 7 at Belmont and took to the inner turf on Saturday to work five furlongs in 1:04.
French Group 3 heroine Olorda who posted back-to-back wins in the Bewitch (G3) and The Very One (G3) this season. Four-year-old filly also worked on Belmont’s inner turf Saturday, clocking five furlongs in 1:03.60.
Multiple Chilean champion, Group 1 scorer and Grade 2 victress Dacita, fourth in the Jenny Wiley (G1) most recently on April 16 at Keeneland, logged a half-mile in :49.40 on Saratoga’s training track.
$300,000 Jaipur Invitational (G3) – A Lot
Multiple Grade 2-placed stakes winner A Lot, victorious in the Elusive Quality S. last out on April 30 at Belmont Park, logged a half-mile on Saratoga’s training track Saturday in :49.60.
$150,000 Easy Goer S. – Economic Model
Swale (G2) runner-up Economic Model, a four-length allowance/optional claiming winner at Belmont on May 4, worked five furlongs in 1:01 on Sunday over that track’s fast main dirt.
