#7 Hungarian Princess (7-5 on the morning line) is a heavy favorite for high-percentage trainer Kim Hammond. The accomplished 2-year-old has three wins from four starts, with a pair of blowout sprint stakes wins. From a class perspective, she is an obvious standout in Tuesday’s test.

But Hungarian Princess has never run farther than 6 furlongs, which could lend an advantage to #8 Timeless Glory (7-2). After she finished on the board in her first two starts sprinting, Timeless Glory relished the opportunity to stretch out over 1 mile and 70 yards for her third run. Favored at 1-2 in a maiden race at Indiana Grand, Timeless Glory tracked the pace, then pulled away strongly to score by 6 3/4 lengths, over next-out winner #2 Taperinea (15-1).

The 76 Brisnet Speed rating Timeless Glory posted fits well in the Miss Indiana field, just below Hungarian Princess’ career-best 78 rating.
