6-HOOSIER HAWK...big mile last week showing gate speed & very decent closing kick. Last 3/4s in 1:28.2.
4-THE LIFE OF PIE...left alertly from outside to duck in mid-pack smartly. Then, good closing kick. 3.14 to 1.
1-FREE LOVE...been hot property lately and back in former hands. Tough trip in last while double-bubbled!
4-NEEDLES AND PINS...long grind forward in last and held decently in the lane. Needs 2nd over journey here.
2-WIRE ME CASH...got picture perfect journey in last from rail & chased winner home all the way. Same story.
3-MOON DANCE...survived a lot of pressure throughout last mile and hung on gamely to win. Does step up.
6-CAM’S ORACLE...zipped out of the gate in last then yielded but quick opener took a bot of a toll late in mile.
1-SILVER SPIR...kind of an “even-steven” effort in last. Rail provides decent opportunity to be nice & close.
5-LASTDUKESTANDING...likes off the pace better than on the engine. Can turn on afterburners in the lane.
3-BROWN TITAN...post hindered in last but showed decent pace in the lane. Drew better. That should help.
3-TWIN B SPIKE MAN...came unglued in the lane in last. Now back down to spot where he won two in a row.
4-GERONIMO FAME...an “even-steven” performance in last in a quick mile for the class. Competitive in here.
7-HOLIDAY SPIRIT...let winner get big jump on field in last but liked double-bubble move around final turn.
5-WHAT ABOUT BRIAN...hasn’t won in many moons but did give it an old college try during quick panels last.
3-JAMAICAN COWBOY...always reliable for stout kick home. Drew better this time. Cover flow trip threatens.
8-ALASKAN SEELSTER...post hinders but new hands may wake him up. Will be outside 3rd over entire last lap.
6-MY REVENUER...raced well in higher class--just lost ground final turn before stretch kick. Form still sharp.
2-LUGAR...Wow! Nursed back to action after injury. Gutsy Florida bred might need start, tho. Welcome back!
7-DRIVING MISS CRAZY...likes to get into the fray from the get-go. Raced very tough in fast mile. Consistent.
8-SKYWAY PIPPEN...drew outside but form very decent. Showed trot backside--27.4. Hopes for live cover.
6-FLASHY LADY...gets in on “tag” after sharp mile in last. Compares very well with rest of this field. Warrior.
5-POP MY BUTTONS...recent form has been good, especially in Amateurs. Probably on the bullet train in here.
