SOUTHLAND 2015 $20,000 HOUND MADNESS STAKES down to FINAL FOUR

The SOUTHLAND 2015 HOUND MADNESS STAKES competition is now down to the final four greyhounds after yesterday's results. Of the four remaining greyhounds, there are 3 of the top 16 seeds left along with a 7th seed as none of the top seeds were able to advance to the final four in this very competitive stakes contest. There were 64 greyhounds that entered this stakes field that started on March 8 and now we have just 4 remaining. The semifinals will be run on March 29 and the finals on April 4. Good luck to each of them and their owners, trainers, kennels and all other connections associated with them as they go paw to paw for the 2015 Southland $20,000 HOUND MADNESS STAKES Championship title..

 

All races are over the 583 yard course and all are Grade SAA.

I am happy to say that now that we are down to the final four, MONEYMAKER MIKE has 3 of his original 4 picks to make the semifinals which is an astounding 75% success rate and impressive indeed out of the 64 entrants that started in this stakes contest. I also have both picks for the finals in the running as well as the pick to win it all.
