The TwinSpires Jury of Ashley Anderson, James Scully, and Darin Zoccali provides best bets for the Breeders' Futurity (G1) and Coolmore Turf Mile (G1) on Keeneland's opening weekend. They also give picks for the Frizette (G1) at Aqueduct.
The Breeders' Futurity serves as a Road to the Kentucky Derby qualifier and a "Win & You're In" for the Breeders' Cup Juvenile (G1). A full field of 12 is entered for the Coolmore Turf Mile, which promises to provide runners for the Breeders' Cup Mile (G1) at Del Mar.
The Frizette, a Road to the Kentucky Oaks qualifier, features a nice field of 11 and produced 2023 champion two-year-old filly Just F Y I, who went on to finish second to eventual Horse of the Year Thorpedo Anna in the 2024 Kentucky Oaks (G1).
The panel will also offer their best fades for the weekend.
